Connect one of your systems.

A Google or Microsoft account, and the login for one tool Concord can attach — payments, the books, a help desk, mail, or the calendar. You will not be asked for a password to those tools. You will be sent to that company’s own sign-in page. If Concord then asks for a code, put the one Charles sent you.

Open the signup page. Choose already running or day one. Give the company its name. Sign in. First screen: the name. Next: a website — expected if you already have one, optional on day one. Then who may sign. That can be just you.

On the connect step, each job is a choice. Run this in Concord, or use the tool you already have. Who you sell to, the books, and open work can live here. Taking payment stays on Stripe. Mail stays your mailbox. On day one you can skip this and come back. Concord will not invent facts from a tool you have not connected.

Press Connect. You leave Concord and land on that vendor’s own page. Read what it says it will share. Concord shows the same list on its own screen before you press. Approve it there, not by typing a password into Concord.

A few tools have no consent screen — Linear is one. The page tells you where to create a key on that vendor’s site. Copy it. Paste it into the box. Concord stores it sealed. You can disconnect it the same way you connected it.

The row says connected only when the saved sign-in works. If it does not, the row says so and produces nothing. The next morning Concord reads that system. The console you open during the day always shows the demonstration cycle — those numbers stay the same. The scheduled run is the one that uses your facts.
